St Paul’s Carnival has been in existence for 42 years and counting. it is one of the oldest street Carnivals in the country and attracts nearly 70,000 people from all over the world. The St Paul’s Carnival has now evolved from its humble beginnings to represent Bristol culture and become a national and international event.
